Engagement Party in Brookville, MD

It is with great pleasure and excitement that I announce a special Saturday Club Social for September 24, 2005. Our client, Walter Blair, is hosting this event at his home in Brookville, MD. He will be announcing his engagement to Olga Samsonova from Yaroslavl.

In addition, we have two more clients that were in Yaroslavl at the same time as Walter. Scott form Virginia and Walt from Maryland also returned engaged to ladies in Yaroslavl. We have three engagements to celebrate at this social!!!

Walter Blair is a criminal defense attorney. He discovered Encounters International purely by accident (no pun intended) in May 2005. Walter met one of our married couples at a social function in the DC area. They were kind enough to point Walter in the direction of Encounters International. That chance meeting started him on the path of ultimately finding his soul mate.

Meanwhile in our Yaroslavl office, Olga Samsonova was joining Encounters International. She had already started correspondence with a few clients. That did not bother Walter. Olga seemed to be the perfect match for him.

After exchanging a few letters, Walter sent Olga a couple dozen photographs of himself and his children. Olga returned the same number of current photographs of herself back to him.

Later, in my office, Walter admitted that those photographs were the best incentive for him to move quickly and surely. Olga looked natural, unpretentious and sweet. Walter couldn't wait to see her.

Thus, we made the necessary travel arrangements for Walter to go to Yaroslavl, Russia. On August 17, 2005 Olga was at Moscow airport waiting for his arrival. Once they met, they were inseparable for almost three weeks. Before he departed, Walter proposed to Olga. Now they are engaged!

Walter will make an 'official' announcement about that at our next Saturday Club party. Moreover, Olga in Yaroslavl is going to stay up that night - it will be 2:00 a.m. in Yaroslavl - so that she can join us on the phone during the champagne toasts. It sounds very romantic (and high tech)!

In the past we have had a number of events that celebrate big changes in the lives of our clients. For example, we have had a Housewarming party at Danny and Maria from Annapolis, MD, another Housewarming party at Ken Myers and a Birthday party at John Juliano, to name a few. These parties are always well attended because of their very special nature and pleasant atmosphere that helps different people bond easily.

Walter's engagement party continues the tradition of celebrating our clients' life changing events. .
