There are some unforeseen circumstances that have developed lately and necessitate the change of location for our July Saturday social. Instead of baby shower at the Julianos (Luba has to stay in bed and will not be strong enough for the party), we will have a barbecue party at Scott Raimist's.

Scott is our new member, but he is not new to the Russian language and culture. In fact, he has spent a fair amount of time in St.Petersburg where he has started his own software development company http://www.raimistsoftware.com.

As a new member Scott offered to host our July social in his spacious home. We are going to take full advantage of the summer time and have another barbecue party. Please dress appropriately and bring your favorite "grillables" and CDs. We had a lot of fun dancing under the stars last Memorial week end and I believe that nobody minds to do it again.

Traditionally summertime is the season for many Russian ladies with relatives in the USA to travel here and visit. It is a perfect opportunity for them to join EI and attend our socials. This summer is no exception. EI gentlemen, do not miss this party and the chance to meet new Russian ladies.

From the Capital Beltway ....

- Take the CAPITAL BELTWAY/I-495 to I-66 WEST
- Take I-66 WEST toward MANASSAS/FRONT ROYAL. (8.7 miles)
- Exit onto the VA-7100/FAIRFAX CO PKY NORTH exit number 55B (0.3 miles)
- On 7100, immediately move into the left lane
- Turn LEFT at the 1st intersection onto FAIR LAKES PKWY (1.4 miles)
- Go PAST the Stringfellow Rd. intersection (Korean Church on right), the
road becomes NORTHBOURNE DR. (0.2 miles)
- Turn at the 1st RIGHT onto MELVILLE LN. (0.2 miles)

- Walk up the private road and 13623 is the first house on left on the
