EI Halloween in "Jurassic Park"

Despite some scary weather on Halloween Saturday Night Social, our 'Jurassic Park' was blooming with love and romance during that night. Everyone who attended had a good time. Just take a look at the pictures in the slide show and judge for yourself.

Thanksgiving Day Wishes From Encounters International

American Thanksgiving Day is one of those holidays that Russians have no problem adopting and looking forward to. In my family we have a tradition to have every person at the dinner table, while toasting, describe the most important event in the past year, that he or she is most thankful for. When my turn comes I always give thanks for the great life-long friends who came into my life through EI, the fun that we have had together and the new families that started in EI.

I Thank you each and every one of you for being a part of family of clients of Encounters International. Have a Happy Thanksgiving with the biggest turkey ever!

EI New Year's Eve Party on Saturday, December 31, 2011

from 9:00 PM to 1 AM

New Year is coming and this upcoming New Year is the Year of the Dragon. Traditionally, years of the Dragon have association with new beginnings, happiness and good fortune. 2012 is no exception. The Chinese consider Dragon years to be the best times to get married and have children or start a business", - according to the Chinese calendar.

This years EI New Years Eve Party will be held at EI Headquarters on Blagden avenue. While details are still in the works, it will be a catered affair and you will need to reserve your spot with a deposit.  This really will be "The Party of the Year".

The program includes the following -- with more to be announced later

  • a wide selection of Russian Champagne for the midnight toasts and Russian/ Georgian/Moldavian wine selection for the rest of the evening and into the morning.
  • Home made Russian traditional New Year's Eve menu, that will impress you with its taste and variety.
  • Russian New Year's Eve entertainment program on Large screen TV
  • Billiard tournaments
  • Piano concerts, Russian music, dances

RSVP is required as following:

  • For ladies Reservation with a choice of a home made dish (pre approved in advance) or $25.00 advanced payment
  • For gentlemen RSVP with $30 per person at the time of the reservation
  • For couples RSVP with $50 per couple at the time of the reservation

Party dress code is required.

The closest hotel for out-of-state clients is Day's Inn Connecticut Ave (4400 Connecticut Ave NW Washington, DC 20008)
