Fairy tales do come true... Little did Eleonora R. know that early morning May 28 that her whole life would change for the better within one day... just like Cinderella's. May 28 was a long travel day from Daytona Beach to Washington DC for the EI Saturday Social last month.

Meanwhile John Christopher (aka Prince Charming) was in EI office in Washington DC inquiring about the procedure to join the EI family. He wanted to meet Russian women locally because he had become discouraged with his trips to Russia and Ukraine in search of his Russian soul mate. Little did he know that she was on her way to him at that moment.

John came to the party with a cake and one red rose. He had a chance to see all the ladies at the social. When he saw Eleonora he tapped her on the shoulder and handed her the rose. The rest is the happy soul-mate history.

A million e-mails, text messages and telephone calls later, on June 17 Eleonora arrived in Washington DC. John presented her with an engagement ring the same day. Less than 24 hours later, on June 18 the couple was married in Annapolis Court House. Saturday, June 19, in honor of the joyous event a bottle of special Ukrainian Champagne was opened at EI Headquarters followed by many toasts and vows.

John is being deployed to Korea and will be leaving the USA in a few weeks. His beautiful Russian wife Eleonora will follow him soon.
