Encounters International and Arbat, a business and social network organization of the Russian community in the Washington area, are no strangers to each other.
We have had a joint party three years ago in February 2006 and another in February 2007. Both parties were fun and it is high time to do it again, especially since the occasion is very special... it is Arbat's 6th anniversary.
Arbat has prepared a special entertaining program on this occasion. Live Russian band will entertain us with the popular Russian, European and American music all night long.
Note, that this September Social is on Friday, and not on Saturday. We are making an exception from our long established rule of having our parties strictly last Saturday of every month. But this exception is for a good reason and I am sure that you wouldn't agree more with me if you attend this party.

Doors will open at 7:30PM.
