Hosting a Saturday Club Party

Unlike any other singles party Saturday Club socials are unique for many reasons. Not only because they are designed to bring together single American men and Russian ladies.First and foremost they are unique because of the warm and friendly home atmosphere of these socials. We do not have a fixed location or fixed format for these monthly events. Rather EI clients themselves host most of the parties.

While our "seasoned" members enjoy hosting a party on special occasions, there is nothing more exciting for a new member than throwing a Saturday Club party at his home. What a great way to be introduced to all the charming ladies and EI gentlemen while being on the center stage of the event!

House parties are EI "hot house special". They vary by size, theme and format. In the past we have had a House Warming Party at Ken's, "All things Russian" Party at Vera's, Armenian Feast Party at Garbis's, Birthday Party at John's,Water Front Party at Joe's, Music and Singing Party at Charlie's and many more.

Once of twice a year we make special arrangements to have our socials in a restaurant or a bar. Usually it is because the client who "hosts" the party would be a DJ in that restaurant.

At times we have "special guests". They are clients with special entertaining skills, like Tony Cucuzella, a magician who performs in clubs or Rollin Wehman, the owner and the performer in the Dinner Theater. In a word, there is always something new and unexpected at each party and no two parties are alike.

Yet, there are some common elements for each party: there is plenty of food, plenty of drinks, plenty of people to socialize with, good music to dance and no pressure atmosphere to be yourself.

While Saturday Club socials are the time to relax and socialize for everybody else, it is the busiest time for me since the duties of a matchmaker are in the greatest demand at this time. It just makes sense because all interested parities are physically present, and expressing interest!

The fact is that both men and women are very eager to talk confidentially, face-to-face about the status of their current relationship, ask for advice, or seek guidance on their best possible match. Actually, this is the part of my job that I like the best. Seeing the results in real-time is a wonderful thing to me.

The more outgoing women will ask me about the male clients at the Saturday Club. "Could you tell me more about this guy in the blue shirt? What kind of a person is he? Could you introduce me to him?"  These are the frequent questions.

By nature, some Russian women are very traditional and it is difficult for them to introduce themselves to men they are interested in meeting. Therefore, I will introduce the ladies to the gentlemen just to break the ice.   Of course, some of my male clients are equally shy. I perform the same duties when a man desires to meet a woman in attendance at the Saturday Club. That�s where my involvement is appreciated the most.
