Encounters International Inc. is referred to as "EI." You are referred to as a "member" or "you".

YOUR MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. You can review all of EI's available photographs, profiles and videotapes (which are updated regularly) of carefully selected, highly-educated, beautiful single Russian women.
2. You may choose any number of EI women clients to meet and correspond with. EI will translate your brief profile into Russian and place it together with your photographs in all EI offices for the EI women clients to view.
3. At your request, EI will provide to you the information necessary to contact its women clients. EI will also be happy to assist you to communicate with your chosen EI women clients or any former Soviet Union woman you want to communicate with. EI will provide to you with the fax numbers and other contact information of its overseas offices. You will be responsible for the cost of any phone, fax, mail, etc., used.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. You promise that you are currently single: divorced, or legally separated (divorce pending and not currently living with your spouse) or widowed or never married. You also agree to provide EI with accurate biographical information, and to be a gentleman in all matters related to EI services.
2. EI does not guarantee the accuracy of the information furnished about EI women clients or members. You agree to indemnify and hold EI harmless from any and all claims, suits, and liabilities including attorney's fees, that arise from (1) the use of this information by you, and (2) any action by you, during the term of this Agreement.
3. You agree that you will pay EI as stipulated in this agreement

EI and YOU AGREE: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Maryland. If any part of this Agreement is held invalid, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, remaining parts will continue in full force. This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and EI; no oral representation by you or EI shall affect this Agreement in any way. Your nontransferable membership commences at Agreement signing when full membership payment is due. The membership costs $1,850, and lasts until you get engaged. You have an option to terminate your membership within one week after one year of signing the Agreement and get a full refund of your membership fee if you did not get engaged within one year provided that you actively participated in the process (no less than 5 letters each month sent by you). By choosing this option you agree to terminate all relationships with all EI women clients you met or contacted as an EI member. If you do not choose this option your membership will remain active until you get engaged or choose to stop any communication with EI women clients for longer than 3 months. If you are legally separated when signing this Agreement, the date of your divorce serves as the start date for your option to get a full refund as stated above.
